New Year’s Day Line-up

The line-up has been sorted for new Year's Day. After last year's bad luck – the boiler breaking, heavy snow and acts not turning up we have pulled out all the stops and will be putting on a great show.

The Acts are:

Greg Taylor – singer guitarist

Mick Munroe – Top North East Comedian

The House o Fun – Fantastic Madness type band

Poker Night Starting Soon

Our new Steward is intending to start a poker night on Thursday nights, the first night will be on 18th November. For those not sure of the rules he will open up early and run a training session if necessary. Again watch our Facebook for more information.

Tribute Band – Take That 2

Tickets will be with us shortly for the tribute band Take That 2. They will cost £7 and are a bargain because we are losing money on that, as I have said on our Facebook they are our Christmas gift to out members. We are not taking any pre-order bookings even though we could have sold 50 already. Follow our Facebook to keep up to date.

David Rose is our new steward. David is a highly qualified and experience steward. we look forward to working with him and hope our regulars will make him feel welcome.

Autumn Entertainments

At last we have the line-up for the autumn tribute band entertainers.

September 4th JK as Robbie Williams

October 2nd Counterfeit ABBA

November 6th The Blues Brothers

December 11th Take That 2

There will be support acts on with the tribute bands plus disco.

Tickets will be reasonably priced with Robbie starting at £5

Open Mic Nights

Our first open mic night will start on wednesday 19th May.

Open mic nights are a great platform for people to show showcase their musical ability to a friendly and accepting auience. They are ideal for beginers to get used to playing to a crowd or or established acts to try out new material.

You can also use our P.A. system.
